Finding a new artist/group is always a pleasure for me, especially when its a group like Electric Wire Hustle. Found this gem online by Electric Wire Hustle called “Perception” , as part of the RedBull Studio Live Sessions @ Auckland, New Zealand, via Myrhax. I love the way Electric Wire Hustle mixes up samples played from the MPC, live keys, and a live drums set, it brings a crazy vibe to the whole song. Also peep how they flipped the sample Tribe Called Quest used for “Lyrics To Go” by Minnie Riperton – “Inside my Love”.
