The Beat Renaissance

In my never ending shopping & searching for cool I come across some great music & art which really has become such an important part of my life especially in the role of rejuvenating my spirit. So in the process of searching to rejuvenate my spirit for probably the 1000th time I come across this guy Greg Mike. Pop Artist , City Sticker Vandal & and overall dope artist. He does art on cans. Got a chance to stop by the set and do some networking. The video was directed by the unstopable Rik Cordero who is very cool and down to earth people I might say. Can’t wait to see the finished product. Its cool how all the scenes that were shot were tied in together. I also had the chance to invite a bunch of my peoples who are doing their thing. Got a chance to swing by the set of “Our Dreams” by Ghostface , Raekwon & Method Man directed by Rik Cordero & Produced by (the beautiful) Sophia Leang (;^) ) & Mike Fox. Did some last minute networking on set with Raekwon as well some other people. Shouts out to Meth & Rae. Much respect for being down to earth and humble. Im truly a Wu Fan again. Ran into some familiar faces on set from back in my N.T.H.S days. Shouts to Daliza {Money Water LOL} from Get Signed Magazine. Made sure Money Shot Films { Jason “JayOnez” Rivera & Grade A Rivera} was on deck to get a quick interview and kick it with Raekwon (Video coming soon). Heard the shoot went smooth due to a certain someone having her shit in order. All locations were shot in several undisclosed locations in Bushwick. Sorry wont give it away. My neighborhood is on the come up so don’t sleep!!!!!!!!!!!. – BSKI

Finally the video is here. Mr.Fenelus last minute execution was flawless. We found out Berman was testing the Canon 5D so we gave him a call and this was the result. He managed to get in some quick cameos from Mr.Mecca & PH (formerly Pumpkinhead). Shouts out to them for sure.Shouts to Primtyme Fam for being present as well. Look out for Elevator Music………Not sure if this will be on E.M but lets see………

To me simply one of the best HIP-HOP videos out hands down!!!!!!. Knowing went to be simple in art is pure genius!!!.

Took me enough time to get this up but cut me some slack it was my first IMovie editing project. OK.

Verse, Bus {Hotwire} and BSKI (yes I write in third person so what????) had a chance to hit up the 100th Episode Party for Obsessive Sneaker Disorder at RIME to support Sean “Paperchaser” Williams. I have to say it was a cool little schindig {whos says that?}. RIME is definitely a dope spot to shop at. I actually bought some kicks since they were decently priced as well. And no I don’t work for RIME. Nope I don’t do $300 kicks. Need to up the price on these beats if Im going to buying kicks like that. Had a chance to get a couple of drops especially from Brooklyn’s own D.J Clark Kent who makes it very clear he’s a Brooklyn’s own kick connoisseur. I will be visiting RIME again.
